OUR ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP 

Welcome to the Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide, a global Christian organization with a mission to change the world through the love of Jesus. We believe in the power of unity, and we are committed to equipping Christian leaders with the tools and resources they need to make a difference in their communities. Our organization provides a platform for leaders from all backgrounds to connect, learn, and support one another as they fulfill their ministry callings. Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide endorses a non-personality driven motivation, and believes that all members should be treated with the utmost level of honor and respect.  However, for administrative and ecclesiastical functionality, ACLW does have an organizational hierarchy. The upper prelature of the Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide consists of The Metropolitan Archbishop/the Presiding Bishop, the First Assistant Presiding Bishop,  The Second Assistant Presiding Bishop, the Ecclesiastical Council of Public Affairs, The General Advisory Board, the Conference of Bishops and Apostles, the Cabinet of Overseers, and the Board of Deans. These authoritative auspices will be accountable one to the other, and will be responsible for the governance, and maintaining of the operational order, functionality, and flow of the subordinate branches of ACLW.  Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide operates according to a provincial and diocesan model with appointed/elected Bishops/Overseers who will head each province or diocese.

 

A Province or Diocese is considered a territory or district under the pastoral care of a Bishop or Overseer called the Provincial Bishop or Diocesan Overseer. A Province is a Regional territory divided in accordance to demographic dynamics of the regions.  Each Province has a Provincial Archdiocese and is supported by the various State diocese and jurisdictional diocese within the Province's territory.  A diocese, is made up of a minimum of three pastors, churches, or ministries within a 50–100-mile radius of one another. 

THE PRESIDIUM

The Presidium or Praesidium is the council of Executive Officers of Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide and is the standing Executive committee and legislative authority that collectively administers the business alongside the Metropolitan Archbishop. The Presidium in ACLW consists of the Primate (Chief Bishop or Archbishop) which is our Metropolitan Archbishop, First Assistant Presiding Bishop, Second Assistant Presiding Bishop, Dean of Conference of Bishops and Dean of the Cabinet of Overseers.

THE ECCLESIASTICAL COUNCIL 
Of Public Affairs

The Ecclesiastical Council of Public Affairs serves as the highest governing board and body of Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide. It is comprised of 13 delegates including the Metropolitan Archbishop, First Assistant Presiding Bishop, Second Assistant Presiding Bishop, who serves as the chair, the Executive Secretary, Executive Treasurer, and 8 other constituents appointed by the Metropolitan Archbishop and approved by the present Ecclesiastical Council. It is the premiere think tank, and developmental and strategy planning entity of Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide with the delegation to aid the Metropolitan Archbishop in planning the overall agenda for the Alliance.  It is the inner circle spiritual organism that provides that platform for the Metropolitan Archbishop to set policy and polity for the plans and goals of the Alliance.  The Ecclesiastical Council of Public Affairs serves at the immediate aid and advisement to the Metropolitan Archbishop and is the chief support system for the Metropolitan Archbishop.  

THE CONFERENCE of BISHOPS & APOSTLES
(The Episcopal  & Apostolic College)

The Conference of Bishops and Apostles is the total representative collective body of Bishops who have been duly consecrated and legitimately affirmed Apostles either into Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide or had credentials or affirmations verified and ratified and have been granted credentialling through Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide. They are the recognized entity of the Alliance that have served, been appointed, and duly consecrated at one of the levels designated for managerial leadership in the Bishopric or the Apostolic Order of the Alliance. The Conference of Bishops and Apostles includes the Establishmentarian and Metropolitan Archbishop, Provincial Bishops, Auxiliary Bishops, State Bishops, Suffragan Bishops, Adjunct Bishops, and all individuals verifiably affirmed in the Apostolic Order. They are headed and chaired by the 2nd Assistant Presiding Bishop.

THE CABINET of OVERSEERS

The Cabinet of Overseers is the grouping of the jurisdictional ranks that are the total representative collective body of Overseers who have been installed into Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide or had credentials verified and ratified and have been granted credentials through Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide. They are the recognized entity of the Alliance that have served, been appointed, and installed at one of the levels designated (Provincial, State or Diocesan) for jurisdictional or managerial leadership in the Alliance. They are headed by the Dean of the Cabinet of Overseers.

THE BOARD of DEANS

The Board of Deans considers matters of policy, administrative processes, and operational functionality for the various associative auxiliary ministries of Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide.  The Board of Deans is headed by a chair which is appointed and/or dismissed from the Ecclesiastical Council of Public Affairs by the Metropolitan Archbishop.  Each dean that makes up the delegates of the Board of Deans is appointed and/or dismissed by the Metropolitan Archbishop and serve as heads of auxiliary ministries of the Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide.  Any official member of the clergy that is licensed, ordained, installed, consecrated, or affirmed may serve as a dean, as well as non-clergy having a particular area of expertise that enhances the progression of the Alliance.  The Board of Deans include both sitting Deans and Deans that may have served a previous term and have emeritus status.
